The State of Colorado has passed House Bill 19-1230 the Marijuana Hospitality and Sales law for purposes of limited use, consumption and sales of marijuana. The law is proposed to be effective January 2020. Local cities (Durango) will have ultimate authority either for/against implementing said law.
The Durango Marijuana Hospitality Association (DMHA) is providing education and materials with respect to the Colorado State Marijuana Hospitality law. If you have interest in participating in the workshop, please RSVP. Seating is limited! DMHA' role is to provide members and guests information with respect to some of the questions below.
What is a Marijuana Hospitality and Sales business?
What businesses may use, sell or consume limited amounts of marjuana?
Are food establishments able to use, sell or consume limited amounts of marijuana?
Can manufacturing and cultivation facilities sell to a Marijuana Hospitality Establishment?
Is there a Marijuana Hospitality Mobile Business License?
What is the process of enacting/not enacting the State law at local levels?
Are there provisions in the State law protecting minors and the general welfare of the public?
Who can come?
EVERYONE AND ANYONE! We welcome anyone who is interested in the bill just out of curiosity's sake or if you're interested in how this law can apply to your business.
